New Division of SPA which assists the Government in developing leading edge technologies to enhance deterrence and counter WMD in support of CCMDs and transition technologies and capabilities to services and SOCOM. SPA provides expertise across the full range of nuclear deterrence, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosives (CBRNE) WMD, Counterforce, and Countering Threat Network technologies to support understanding, detection, identification, characterization, denial, control, disabling, defeating, disposing, safeguarding the force, managing consequences, and test and evaluation in support of military and civilian operations.
SPA has a near term need for a Sr. NATO Nuclear Support Analyst.
Senior NATO Nuclear Support Analyst has extensive experience in US and NATO nuclear policies to include participation in Joint Theater Surety Management Group and the High Level Group and is experienced working with international partners. Provides support in monitoring weapons protection issues in Allied Command Operations, and maintain liaison with US and NATO nuclear experts to identify surety issues. Prepare background materials, briefings and talking points, after action reports, drafting requests and summaries. Assist with the planning, organizing, executing, documenting and pre/post-support of workshops, exercises, training, conferences, and meetings.
