The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) supports a wide range of U.S. National Security customers in the area of Industrial Policy and Economic Security space. SPA has an urgent need for an Economic Security Analyst to help support U.S. government clients on an array of economic security matters such as industrial policy, foreign direct investment, small businesses due diligence, innovation funds, and strategic capital strategies.

The candidate will serve as an analyst and subject matter expert in support of the Global Investment and Economic Security Office within the Office of the Secretary of Defense.  Responsibilities will include supporting the development and execution of economic security frameworks, supporting international and industrial base engagements, and providing advisory services to senior OSD leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or similar field
• 6+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience with national security issues
• Expertise in economic policy, economic statecraft, or economic security
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with peers and senior government officials 
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Desired Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree and 12+ years of experience
• Experience in commercial finance (e.g. Investment Banking, Private Equity)
