SPA’s Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Air Force, Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defence Force.  Our primary objective is to provide timely, objective and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic and acquisition aspects of our clients’ challenges.

 

Leveraging both in-domain and cross-domain expertise to maximize our clients’ success, SLA Division acts as trusted agents to senior decision-makers and key leaders and excels at providing data driven analytic insights, systems engineering, strategies and plans that address current and emerging challenges to national security.

 

The Naval Surface Warfare Analysis Group, supports the Surface community and components of the United States Navy by providing program management, requirements management, force development, and readiness support in Washington DC and the Fleet concentration areas. We provide timely, objective, analytic assessments, strategic planning, and expert operational, technical, and acquisition support to the Maritime communities, and related agencies, allies, and partners. We are trusted agents of the senior and operational leadership in the Fleet, OPNAV, NAVSEA, and the Royal Canadian and Royal Australian Navies. We play key roles in providing insights and strategies to address current and emerging challenges to national security and have tremendous impact on our client’s success in solving their most important issues.

 

SPA has an immediate need for a Navy Recruiting Program Analyst at Navy Talent Acquisition Group St Paul, MN.#CJ #IN123

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to use provided analytic tools to support the implementation and maintenance of a supply chain management process/architecture to oversee the flow of sailors through the Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPTE) production components, including reporting applicable metrics.  You will be able to assist with conducting in-depth analysis in support of all Navy Recruiting Command Continuous Process Improvement efforts including applicable reporting metrics and will understand, create and execute integrated master plans, integrated master schedules, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, plans of action and milestones (POAMs), deliverable time-lines, user reports, metrics and communications plans from applicable Navy Recruiting Command tools and data.  Provide analysis support to analyze recruiting program requirements, track the execution of various functions and coordinate planning efforts.  

 

A hybrid work schedule, approximately half time, is possible.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied science, or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in data or statistical analysis, or business process improvement
  • Knowledge of the Navy Recruiting process
  • Ability to collect data from various sources, analyze information, create appropriate metrics, and provide recommendations to meet organizational goals
  • Active Secret clearance and maintain throughout time of employment

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience with product development for executive level leadership
  • Having the ability to analyze data, create performance metrics and report on applicable recruiting trends
  • Create Standard Operating procedures
