The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

 

The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis.

 

SSAG has a need for a Principal Program Analyst.   

Responsibilities

The Principal Program Analyst will support Navy Strategic Systems Programs with establishing and executing the Nuclear Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program through executive support, strategic planning, communications and engagement support, planning and execution of Flag and O-6 Level IPT meetings, and development of programmatic artifacts; including but not limited to white papers, power point presentations, talking points, schedules, and decision briefs and papers. The right candidate will have strong verbal and written skills, be able to communicate effectively, work with Program Executive Leadership, support SPA Program Management, and manage client expectations.

 

This position will also work with a highly skilled team, providing critical support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including data collection, data management, measuring and monitoring performance, schedule management, planning, updating government stakeholders, and reporting program status internally to program management. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Current DoD security clearance - minimum Secret, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment
  • Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Significant experience working with and briefing SES and other Senior Military Officers
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience with US Navy Acquisition Programs

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
  • Experience with Nuclear Deterrence concepts and systems
  • Experience with Nuclear Weapons programs, Naval Strike Missions, or Submarine Operations
  • Master's Degree
  • Degrees and/or experience in technical/STEM field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
