SPA’s Air Force and Army Programs Group provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness.
SPA has a near term need for a Senior Data Engineer located at Ft. Belvoir, VA. #MC
Assembles large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements. Identifies, designs, and implements internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes. Builds required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using Azure, AWS and Google technologies. Builds analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition. Works with stakeholders including data, design, product and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues. Works with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues.
