Our group, the Joint Defense Support Group within SPA’s Sea Land Air (SLA) Division, supports the Surface community and components of the United States Navy by providing program management, requirements management, force development, and readiness support in Washington DC and the Fleet concentration areas. We provide timely, objective, analytic assessments, strategic planning, and expert operational, technical, and acquisition support to the Maritime communities, and related agencies, allies, and partners. We are trusted agents of the senior and operational leadership in the Fleet, OPNAV, NAVSEA, and the Royal Canadian and Royal Australian Navies. We play key roles in providing insights and strategies to address current and emerging challenges to national security and have tremendous impact on our client’s success in solving their most important issues.
SPA has an immediate need for a Navy Recruiting Program Analyst in Richmond, VA. #MC
The successful candidate will be able to use provided analytic tools to support the implementation and maintenance of a supply chain management process/architecture to oversee the flow of sailors through the Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPTE) production components, including reporting applicable metrics. You will be able to assist with conducting in-depth analysis in support of all Navy Recruiting Command Continuous Process Improvement efforts including applicable reporting metrics and will understand, create and execute integrated master plans, integrated master schedules, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, plans of action and milestones (POAMs), deliverable time-lines, user reports, metrics and communications plans from applicable Navy Recruiting Command tools and data. Provide analysis support to analyze recruiting program requirements, track the execution of various functions and coordinate planning efforts.
A hybrid work schedule, approximately half time, is possible.
