The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community.  We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities.  We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense.  Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).  Come where you will be part of our high-caliber team!

 

SPA has an immediate need for a Senior Corporate Support professional working as a member of the COLOSSUS Hosting Services team.  As a member of the COLOSSUS program, the successful candidate will provide Enterprise Planning and Management support to include development of white papers, briefings, action responses, coordination support, as well as participating on behalf of the supported group/office in enterprise-level activities such as strategy development and governance. The incumbent will act as a contractor point of contact for office initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and proactively ensure that responses meet deadlines. The incumbent will be expected to develop executive-level communications and correspondence with a high degree of comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist in developing alternative courses of action for hosting and mission basing (MB) recommendations.

  • Document and communicate all outcomes.
  • Coordinate activities and products with Enterprise Integration Board (EIB) including MB requests.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to identify candidate systems that should be analyzed. Examples of sources include cloud Cost Sheets, MB Requests, Requests for Change, provisioning specifications, and other acquisition lifecycle and technical details.
  • Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and execute events such as Cloud Day and management off-sites.
  • Write, edit, and coordinate Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) for dissemination at the Director/NRO level.
  • Inform HSG leadership and personnel when COMM Front Office elevates HSG WAR articles to the attention of D/NRO and D/COMM.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
  • IC experience
  • BS/BA with 5+ years of demonstrated performance related to tasks above (or Associate’s with 8+ years, or 15+ years of demonstrated performance in related tasks)
  • Knowledge of Cloud Services and Technology
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Certifications related to cloud technology
  • Experience supporting multi-agency IT initiatives with responsibilities in strategic planning, architecting, policy, governance, or portfolio management
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, Cyber Technology, and/or Cyber Zero Trust architecture practices
