The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.
SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering support, Systems Safety support and Financial Analysis support. The position is in support of the U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
SPA has an immediate need for a Program Analyst who will function as a Technical Writer / Technical Editor to support the Navy’s Sea-Launched Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N) Program within SSP. The selected candidate will play a critical role in writing, reviewing, and editing Technical Documentation produced by the Shipboard Systems Branch of the SLCM-N Program Office in support of Milestone A approval from the Pentagon later this year and other Key Events in the program’s lifecycle. The position is based in the Navy Yard area of Washington, D.C. but remote option is available for qualified applicants.
Washington DC Pay Transparency Range: $85,000 - $125,000.
The Program Analyst will provide Technical Writing and Editing skills to SLCM-N Program Documentation in support of Milestone A, assist in Travel coordination for the branch, engaged in Working Group level meetings, and provide Meeting Minutes/Actions.
