SPA has an immediate need for a highly qualified SIGINT Analyst.

The successful candidate will lead a small team of Analysts in the development of an Electromagnetic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) solution for USSF.

Key duties associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead a team of SIGINT Analysts and a Database Integrator in the development of an electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) / electromagnetic warfare integrated reprogramming (EWIR) solution for space.
• Identify intelligence policy requirements and develop/update MOA/MOU as needed to facilitate data access.
• Identify, discover, and report SIGINT data sources for use in characterization, threat detection, and flagging of changes in the operational environment.
• Attend Space and Combat Air Forces EWIR forum to collaborate on solutions and best practice.

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; OR experience with the following courses:
  • 450/460 - Basic Communications Signals Analysis Course
  • 451 - Intermediate Communication Signals Analysis Course
  • 452 - Advanced Communications Signals Analysis Course
  • SIGE 2810 - Introduction to RADAR Theory)
  • SIGE 3810 - Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis
• Possess knowledge of space electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO)
• Minimum of 8 years of SIGINT analysis and production with emphasis in the SATCOM arena (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA)
• Must have previous experience with technical analysis reporting, SIGINT policy, and knowledge of electromagnetic warfare (EW) principles
• Experience in Joint and Service EW planning and operations
• Possess the ability to communicate technical approaches and details within small project teams, including team interaction and presentations
• Reports to designated work location in Fort Meade, MD, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer
