    The Joint Cyber/Information Security, Intelligence Acquisition Group provides strategic planning, analytical, tool development, and program management support.   Examples of our support include triage of compromised DIB data, analysis, and report development; trend analysis; and cross-case analyses and management oversight of the DASD portfolio of cyber and space-related programs.#IN123


    The Lead GEOINT Standards Developer shall work in collaboration with NSG & ASG community membership, international partners, and other members of the GEOINT & IT Standards Division to ensure current and updated standards content of information & web service standards meet capability delivery dates for NGA & NSG initiatives and solution providers. The Lead GEOINT Standards Developer shall serve as a Subject Mater Expert (SME) on development of GEOINT Standards with the objective of facilitating compliance and interoperability through integration of NSG & ASG requirements while reducing technical and schedule risk associated with Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Web Services.



    • Have a Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Image Science or related STEM degree program.
    • Have expert-level working experience (10 years or more) developing GEOINT Standards.
    • Have at least five (5) years of experience with the development and implementation of standards related to geographic information, metadata, geography, GML, application schemas, schema implementation & registries.
    • Have experience with OGC data & web service standards and implementation.
    • Have expertise in UML, XML, XML Schema, JSON, and JSON Schema.
    • Top Secret DoD Clearance with SCI eligibility.
