The Principal Program Analyst will support Navy Strategic Systems Programs with establishing and executing the Nuclear Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program through executive support, strategic planning, communications and engagement support, planning and execution of Flag and O-6 Level IPT meetings, and development of programmatic artifacts; including but not limited to white papers, power point presentations, talking points, schedules, and decision briefs and papers. The right candidate will have strong verbal and written skills, be able to communicate effectively, work with Program Executive Leadership, support SPA Program Management, and manage client expectations. This position will also work with a highly skilled team, providing critical support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including data collection, data management, measuring and monitoring performance, schedule management, planning, updating government stakeholders, and reporting program status internally to program management.
The successful candidate will assist the DARPA program manager by supporting or leading activities in project management, technical and programmatic risk analysis, and program-funded test coordination. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, assessing performer technical progress, projecting performer outcomes, and ensuring that project management best practices are followed by performers, independent verification and validation (IV&V) entities funded by DARPA, and within DARPA itself. Candidates with specific technical expertise are encouraged, but candidates will also be asked to investigate items outside of their area of expertise. Tasks will include technical and proposal writing, analysis, and technical and program material generation to brief new and existing programs in technical environments. The successful candidate will assist the DARPA program manager by supporting all program management functions including coordination, scheduling, writing, and updating program documentation, and technical review of reports and program reviews. Job Summary: Support integration of United States Space Force cyber capabilities with other DoD Services and other federal agencies/organizations required to implement national strategy, policy, and guidance. Research, analyze, and develop recommendations to assess and accredit emerging cybersecurity capabilities. Recommend system modernization programs including potential efficiencies and proposed changes to mission communications architecture. The successful candidate will be able to use provided analytic tools to support the implementation and maintenance of a supply chain management process/architecture to oversee the flow of sailors through the Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPTE) production components, including reporting applicable metrics. You will also be expected to support management, leadership and oversight within a highly diversified team that support Ground Intelligence acquisitions providing cutting-edge capabilities to the intelligence community.
