  • Overview

    The Joint Cyber/Information Security, Intelligence Acquisition Group provides strategic planning, analytical, tool development, and program management support.   Examples of our support include triage of compromised DIB data, analysis, and report development; trend analysis; and cross-case analyses and management oversight of the DASD portfolio of cyber and space-related programs.


    The Lead Data Modeler shall provide GEOINT standards Data Modeling in UML, OWL, SKOS, GML, JSON, and XML for existing and future GEOINT Standards to ensure current and updated standards content meet capability delivery dates for NGA & NSG initiatives and solution providers.



    • Have a Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
    • Have expert-level working experience (10 years or more) in a data modeling, data analytics and/or data science field of work.
    • Have at least five (5) years demonstrated experience with:
      • Basic concepts of Unified Modeling Language (UML) Class Diagrams, object-based modeling concepts, and logical data models.
      • Design, development, presentation, and analysis of a domain based logical data model.
      • Developing, maintaining and/or enhancing Logical Theories and formal Ontologies to include:
        • Resource Description Framework (RDF) and
        • Web Ontology Language (OWL).
    • Decomposition of object-based logical models in order to understand data requirements.
    • Have familiarity with the major varieties of JSON (JSON-LD, GeoJSON, JSON-B, etc.).
    • Have familiarity with Simple Knowledge Organization System (SKOS).
    • Top Secret DoD Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
