  • Overview

    The Joint and Marine Corps Analysis Group (JMC) provides timely and objective assessments to the joint warfare community. These assessments integrate the technical, operational, programmatic, policy and business aspects across the various elements of defense department policy planning, capability development, warfare analysis and systems acquisition processes. The CMC CAG and OPNAV N95 support program’s mission is to support the identification, development, and demonstration of forward looking concepts encompassing multi-domain technologies to satisfy Multi-Service and Combatant Commands’ (COCOMs) priorities.



    Works closely with client program managers in the day-to-day management of acquisition programs. Assists government leadership in the analysis of existing systems and the definition, design and development of new system requirements. Assists the program manager in monitoring the program to ensure work scope, schedule and budget are well defined and maintained. Applies knowledge of the acquisition process to support customers in the analysis and improvement of acquisition process policy and procedures. Participates in cost, schedule, performance, variance and risk analysis. Defines generates, reviews and ensures acquisition documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial and government specifications and adheres to standards for quality, graphics coverage, format and style. Uses quantitative analytical techniques to assess system acquisition process issues and develop risk reduction and mitigation approaches for improving acquisition and program planning, control and execution.




    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 8+ years of relevant professional experience supporting program management.
    • Knowledgeable of DoD Acquisitions, ACAT I programs and S&T projects for the Army, Marine Corps or Navy—ideally related to amphibious shipping/alternative platforms, C4ISR, unmanned systems, long-range precision fires or ground combat vehicles.
    • Knowledgeable of DoD budget process with experience using and analyzing the data from PBIS.
    • Expert at leading programs or projects to ensure work scope, schedule and budget are well defined, maintained and controlled.
    • Experience building and maintain program support processes and products.
    • Expert briefer with experience facilitating large-body engagements or workshops.
    • Desire to develop business within the Army, Marine Corps and Navy.
    • Has PMP, Agile or DAU certifications.
    • DoD Secret security clearance.
