  • Overview

    Veracity Forecasting and Analysis, an SPA Company, is seeking an organized, versatile, and motivated Office Manager at our Perry, UT, office. This position will begin as part-time (e.g., 15–20 hours/week) and may grow into a full-time position. The Office Manager will perform a wide range of administrative and operational activities to support the organization’s efficiency. The role supports a small but highly engaged team of scientists and engineers who solve challenging problems for our Department of Defense customers.

     

    Note: You must be able to obtain a U.S DoD security clearance which requires US Citizenship

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include the following:

     

    Utah Office Liaison with Veracity’s East Coast office for

    • Joint meetings
    • Travel support
    • Office supply purchases
    • Newly hired employee support

    Local Office Support

    • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements across the schedules of multiple staff members
    • Prepare and submit travel expenses
    • Organize staff meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes
    • Receive and direct visitors and clients
    • Be comfortable with and cognizant of military rank as well as government civil service

    Veracity Client Support

    • Establish meeting agendas and organize presentation material, record and distribute meeting minutes
    • Assist with the preparation and delivery of reports, briefings, and other media

    General Office Operations

    • Coordinate meetings, travel, external client arrangements, and other administrative duties
    • Maintain and organize complex office operations and procedures such as information management, filing system, and supply requisition

    Qualifications

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years applicable experience or Associate’s degree and 3–4 years applicable experience

    Other Requirements

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) highly desired
