The Integrated Warfare Systems Group’s (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical, and programmatic support to the Navy’s Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). Current efforts supporting PEO IWS include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cybersecurity, IT network and programmatic support for advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy and directed energy programs. IWSG staff support a variety of tasks including: support and completion of major technical reviews; producing required acquisition documentation; meeting critical program milestone deadlines; managing program needs and external requirements, and ensuring the right resources are provided to the right priorities at the right time.
IWSG is building a pipeline of candidates for this junior or mid-level Budget and Acquisition Analyst.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled junior or mid-level Budget and Acquisition Analyst to provide Business and Financial Management (BFM) Support Services to the Dual Band Radar (DBR) program office within PEO IWS 2.0. The person who excels at this role will ultimately be responsible for maintaining a standard of excellence and delivering products with the utmost attention to detail and organization.
As junior or mid-level Budget and Acquisition Analyst, you will provide daily onsite support to the Dual Band Radar Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) and Deputy PAPM. You will provide drafting support of Statements of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL), participate and support weekly program management meetings and Integration and Test discussions, maintain alignment with the DBR Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on upcoming funding modifications, and support all budget/finance activities of the DBR Program Office. Additionally, you will provide primary drafting and editing capabilities of the new DBR Technical Instructions and assist the DBR team with submittals.
The IWSG office is located at 20 M Street in Southeast DC, conveniently down the street from our clients at the Washington Navy Yard. Daily onsite client support at the Navy Yard is expected to aid in the highest quality client support.
