The Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical and programmatic support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors (PEO IWS 2.0) Directorate. Efforts include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cyber security, IT network and programmatic support for over 25 PEO IWS 2.0 advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy and directed energy programs.

 

SPA is seeking a dedicated Product Support Analyst for immediate work with SPA.

Responsibilities

SPA is seeking a dedicated Product Support Analyst to provide Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) Support to PEO IWS 2.0 programs. For this critical work, we are looking for a strategic thinker with strong data analytical skills.

 

Responsibilities include assisting the client with Product Support planning, execution, and analysis.  Support will include the development and execution of Product Support and acquisition management and strategies programs.  You will be corresponding closely with the assigned sensor system programs to provide meeting attendance, presentation development, publication support, action item tracking, and weekly reporting. You will be tracking and monitoring the program risks and developing formal briefs as you work closely with the DOD, field activities, Integrated Product Teams, Technical teams, and various other vendors. 

You will be expected to develop tools to assist the PEO IWS 2.0 Product Support Principal Assistant Program Manager with summarizing and displaying information and trends, identifying problem areas, and tracking actions to resolution. The tools you develop will ensure the data and information is more visible, accessible, understandable, linked, and trusted.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or (equivalent) 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency or the ability to quickly gain advanced Excel proficiency
  • Eligible for a DoD Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • A minimum of one year practical experience in at least one aspect of ILS or Product Support
  • Some unique skill or knowledge to help an ILS team (e.g. Model-Based Product Support (MBPS), statistics, Python, US Navy experience)
  • Experience working in an acquisition program office environment with documentation, protocols, formats, and deadlines
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification
