The Integrated Warfare Systems Group’s (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical, and programmatic support to the Navy’s Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). Current efforts supporting PEO IWS include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cybersecurity, IT network and programmatic support for advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy and directed energy programs. IWSG staff support a variety of tasks including: support and completion of major technical reviews; producing required acquisition documentation; meeting critical program milestone deadlines; managing program needs and external requirements, and ensuring the right resources are provided to the right priorities at the right time.
The office is conveniently located at 20 M Street in Southeast DC down the street from our clients at the Washington Navy Yard. Travel is not required and in the short term nearly 100% telework is acceptable.
SPA is seeking a dedicated junior or mid-level Program Analyst to support the U.S. Navy’s Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP). This position will provide direct support to the IWS 2.0 SEWIP Program Management Office (PMO) and Assistant Program Manager.
For this critical work, we are looking for a proactive analyst to support IWS 2.0 SEWIP PMO programs and initiatives; facilitate SEWIP PM and technical meetings and work with IT and A/V POCs to ensure meeting performance; develop and update SEWIP programmatic and technical briefings, acquisition documentation, and other Stakeholder deliverables; support the development and update of budget documentation (such as 7300s and Task Planning Sheets), product line schedules, and fielding plans; capture program status and meeting summaries; act as representative for SEWIP Block 2 APM or PM at meetings when needed; report on SEWIP status, significant events, or other matters; and maintain a document repository of SEWIP program documentation.
