The Sentinel Test Division is a critical function of the program. Space Delta 10 is the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for the development of USSF doctrine, tactics, and concepts. Space Delta 10 reviews, provides analysis of and contributes to the development of US Space Force capstone, keystone (or operational-level), sub-operational, and tactical doctrine publications. The contractor will support Space Delta 10 in all necessary Lessons Learned program activities. This support will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and success of the USSF Lessons Learned (L2) program. Using available unclassified and classified information sources, the contractor shall populate the appropriate databases and tracking tools with the most current and accurate operational data possible;- Facilitate the training of USSF POCs in how to input, validate, update, retrieve, and present pertinent data from the database described above, which will include web-based interfaces;- Provide training on collecting, archiving and disseminating data; rapid respond to requests for information and taskers from various agencies; and preparation of information for publishable reports and briefings;- Assist the execution of quarterly exercise and contingency review board meetings; coordinate and execute quarterly meetings, and draft board meetings slides and minutes.At SPA/PRKK, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain the top talent. Your role will be to lead a team of 3 and provide day-to-day project management support including planning, collaboration, development, and execution of lines of effort and initiatives for the Chief of Naval Personnel. Responsibilities include: 1) Develop Personnel, Manpower, and Training (PMT) annual time-line, tracking key events/milestones for Chief of Naval Personnel (CNP)’s major meetings, travel, and senior executive level engagements, 2) Analyze Navy officer and enlisted policies/programs to ensure the PMT domain provides the required manpower to the fleet with findings presented semi-annually to the Assistant Secretary of Defense and the ASN (M&RA), 3) Support CNP’s PMT Strategic Design by identifying potential conflicting themes and objectives, 4) Provide strategic communications support focusing on key issues and delivering appropriate messages to internal/external audiences by developing multiple All Hands Call briefs for CNP, 5) Gather information and draft documentation to achieve strategic goals, such CNP’s semi-annual Health of the Force report, 6) Ensures a consistent message, 7) Prepare and present executive level briefings (PowerPoint, etc.) that communicate the core results of research, 8) Training and mentoring junior analysts and graphic designers in the execution of their duties, 9) Organize weekly work schedules and delegate short and long term tasking, 10) Catalog processes, monthly accomplishments, and report contract status to client and corporate leadership, 11) Contribute to ongoing discussions and currently incorporated Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and 11) Provide recommendations in line with proposed CPR solutions and appropriate stakeholder roles/involvement.
