SPA is hiring a Guidance, Navigation and Control Engineer specializing in the LGM-35A Sentinel Aerospace Vehicle Equipment (AVE) Division for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation ICBM. Reporting directly to the AVE Guidance Branch Chief in support of the Air Force, this role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to support the development and deployment of the next generation ICBM.This engineer will serve as an integral part of the AVE Guidance Branch, working with a team of dedicated and experienced engineers and program managers in developing On-Board Test Equipment (OBTE) used on Sentinel ICBM test flights. Duties and responsibilities include:- Provide oversight of the OBTE development progress through technical and programmatic events, including design reviews, test events, and related documentation.- Independently develop analyses and assessments of OBTE systems and functions.- Develop and provide briefings to Sentinel management concerning the state of the OBTE Subsystem.- Interact effectively with the Air Force customer, the Sentinel prime contractor and their sub-contractors, and members of the Integrated Support Contract (ISC) AVE team.
