The Special Programs Division promotes integration of activities across domains and Services to meet warfighter requirements. The successful candidate wil formulate, justify, and defend the resources required for the management of multiple program elements in multi-year-appropriated funds for several classified, unique Space Force efforts.  Will assist in monitoring active budget year appropriations to ensure effective obligation and expenditure resources, and prepare and compile documentation in support of annual and statuary congressional SAP reporting, Continuing Resolution (CR) issues, funds distribution, and various financial execution reviews.  Will prepare and provide factual reference material and special reports for use during senior DoD briefings and Congressional hearings on related programs and issues.  Facilitates SAP-focused SAE congressional engagements and ensures information is consistent, appropriately protected, and integrated for congressional engagements in collaboration with SAF/SQE, SAF/AQL, SAF/LL, and DoD SAPCO.
