The Requirements Analyst will provide requirements and assessment analysis support to HQDA, G-8 Force Development Material Readiness Division to establish the proper resources to transform and modernize the Army while ensuring it remains a strategically responsive and dominant force. They will develop plans and recommendations based on studies and analysis of warfighting capability requirements, force modernization, rapid acquisition/rapid equipping, Army studies and analyses, Army experimentation, test and evaluation, and science and technology. In addition, they will develop recommendations to improve or refine Army and unit equipment readiness, identify equipment readiness issues, and propose solution sets. They will also develop and present briefings, papers, and demonstrations of analytic results to support decision-making.

The candidate will support the development, analysis, and management of DOE schedules, and priorities. The candidate will be responsible for:- Collaborating across the DOE enterprise to understand DOE site schedules in order to develop a DOE integrated enterprise schedule. - Gathering information from various sources and conducting analysis of that information to inform program decisions and establish priorities.- Presenting results to peers and senior leadership within client and partner organizations.The Program Analyst will spend the majority of their time at SPA HQ in Alexandria. They will provide advice on adhering to DoD Nuclear Weapons System Surety standards. Senior National Nuclear Security Improvement Analyst Requires strong knowledge and understanding of DoD nuclear weapons policy, nuclear weapons physical security requirements and a background in analytical, administrative, programmatic, and planning support for nuclear weapons surety programs. The analyst will provide analytical support for all aspects of the nuclear security program to include futures development. They will assisting in the oversight and management of Nuclear Surety related programs, groups, and committees. Senior Nuclear Weapons Security Analyst requires extensive nuclear weapons physical security experience leading a large Air Force or Navy security unit who provided security at a nuclear weapons site. They will provide analytical support to nuclear weapon recapture and recovery programs, and development of recapture and recovery doctrine. They will provide interface and congruity between Presidential Directives related to recapture and recovery, incident response, nuclear weapons physical security, and deterrence. They will advise on adherence to DoD Nuclear Weapons System Surety Standards and participate in Security-related meetings, groups, committees, etc., and provide administrative, support to the overall nuclear weapons security program.
