SPA is seeking an experienced Program Analyst-Technical Editor/Writer to support the Sentinel Program Execution Division, Process and Control section. Program Execution is the hub of all programmatic activities for the Sentinel Program Office and is responsible for integrating functional expertise across the program office to inform programmatic decisions and support program execution. The Program Analyst will provide technical expertise to the government customer in developing and maintaining robust program processes. Responsibilities include documenting, developing, editing, coordinating program processes, document reviews, preparing documents for approval, and publishing documents internally.
The Senior Data Analyst will have experience conducting qualitative analyses on large data sets and the ability to collaborate across a diverse workforce to achieve objectives. The Analyst will assist the Department in conducting strategic analysis for DoD critical missions on a broad array of threats. They will collect, analyze, correlate, and interpret data using quantitative and qualitative methods and present data to the Department for the purpose of highlighting trends. They will conduct comprehensive research projects, including assisting with program evaluation studies and other administrative studies as assigned. Conduct special projects and presenting unbiased data based solely on trend and statistical information. Effectively communicating to senior leadership through briefings, written/verbal correspondence, and other means as necessary that can be understood at multiple levels.

SPA has an immediate need for a Counterintelligence Policy Subject Matter Expert (SME), located onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA or the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. The Acquisition/Budget Program Manager position will provide specialized engineering expertise supporting the acquisition analysis of multi-intelligence (multi-INT) solutions and services. The qualified candidate will assist and advise Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise. This position will be actively performing engineering and analysis to ensure programs successfully develop and deliver core mission processing services in all phases of the acquisition life cycle. The Mid-Level Risk Analyst will provide advanced analytical support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and apply rational, systematic, science-based techniques, and critical thinking to help inform and improve the Department’s decision-making abilities for preparation, response and recovery to Weapons of Mass Destruction scenarios and Critical Infrastructure disruption scenarios. The Risk Analyst will participate in a wide range of modeling and analytical activities including, but not limited to, model design, implementation and operations, model use documentation, data transformation, database schema design, and data quality assurance process design, execution, and oversight.
