Position Overview:SPA seeks a Learning Specialist to join our Learning and Development team. This hybrid role is perfect for an individual who is experienced in both Instructional Design and LMS administration. Will be instrumental in designing engaging training programs and managing our LMS (Percipio via Skillsoft), ensuring a robust and seamless learning environment. Familiarity with tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate 360 is essential.  The successful candidate will have a blend of creative, technical, and interpersonal skills and will be a driving force in maintaining SPA’s standard of excellence in employee development.  This position offers a hybrid working model and will require the incumbent to work onsite in Alexandria 3x a week for one month following onboarding. After this, remote work is possible. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative eLearning solutions using Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate 360.- Administer and oversee the Skillsoft LMS, including course management, user administration, and data analysis.- Collaborate with experts to pinpoint learning needs and convert them into interactive training content.- Deliver training sessions, ensuring an effective transfer of knowledge and a high level of participant engagement.- Measure training effectiveness through analytics and feedback and adapt programs as needed.- Keep abreast of the latest eLearning technology trends and incorporate new ideas into the learning strategy.- Coordinate with the Learning and Development Manager to support strategic learning initiatives.- Maintain SPA’s values and compliance standards within all learning materials and platforms.

- Provides customer service in response to HR inquiries. Stays up-to-date on the latest HR programs and initiatives in order to triage and provide responses to related inquiries.  Forwards complex requests to appropriate specialty HR area. - Provides general guidance to employees regarding the availability of various benefits and leave programs.  This includes providing information on the overall process for applying for each of the programs.  - Processes employment verifications, leave requests, and general benefit system administration tasks.  - Supports the separation process, including processing HR actions related to end of employment for benefits, employee check-outs, and HR paperwork.  - Provides general administrative support in the HR department to include scheduling appropriate conference rooms and meeting resources for benefit vendor meetings and employee events. - Other duties as assigned. 

The GIES Intelligence Analyst will conduct due diligence and fact-finding research on foreign direct investment, the defense industrial base supply chain, dual-use technology transfer, and other key areas to assess the implications relative to U.S. defense security interests. You will serve as one of the lead RMF package analysts who ensures that the highest quality products and services are delivered to the Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors and Lasers Directorate's (PEO IWS 2.0) Information Systems Security Manager. SPA is seeking an experienced Acquisition Program Analyst to support OSD oversight of Nuclear Triad sustainment and modernization, with a primary focus on providing acquisition expertise to cover programs such as Sentinel and LRSO in support of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) for Strategic, Space, and Intelligence Portfolio Management (SSIPM) in the Strategic Deterrence and Capabilities (SDC) Directorate. You will be responsible for development of decision-ready material for senior leaders and asked to apply the initiative to navigate headquarters and acquisition processes to support the DASD portfolio management responsibilities. The Nuclear Acquisition Analyst role will support portfolio management and oversight of systems through development, production, and fielding to the warfighter. The Analyst will also be responsible for assisting SDC with tracking the annual congressional budget cycle and capturing impacts to programs in the SDC portfolio, assisting with preparing senior leadership for congressional engagements, and supporting the office’s strategic communications efforts.

The candidate will provide Requirements Traceability analysis expertise in support of HQ SACT's requirements engineering and management processes. Specifically, will support Capability Requirements Managers undertaking the Identification, elicitation, capture, analysis, evaluation, integration, and maintenance of high-quality capability (business) requirements. Tasking will support the ongoing development, population, and maintenance of the requirements repository; the maintenance of requirements in the requirements repository, ensuring correct version and configuration control, and the achievement and maintenance of the organization's requirements traceability and quality expectations. As a member of the COLOSSUS Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) program providing Enterprise Planning and Management support to the customer’s groups and offices, you will be aligned to a specific customer organization and serve as a trusted agent to the aligned organization, responding to requests for reports, briefings, talking points, as well as technical status on actions at their aligned organization level. You will facilitate collaboration across organizations and contracts necessary to ensure the equities of others are considered in the development of work products, as well as supporting other desired organizational outcomes.
