The successful candidate will provide Acquisition Support to conduct acquisition planning activities for current and future programs in accordance with Federal, DoD, Air Force and JWAC laws regulations, policies, directives and instructions.- Support all acquisition support functions from cradle to grave for a given mission critical program.- Provide support to program and project staff.- Provide support to analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client specific or mission critical challenges/issues.- Support the execution of existing programs and the development of new acquisition initiatives.- Assist the government acquisition by ensuring that projects are in conformance with current DoD directives (i.e. 5000 and 8000 series) and the Milestone Decision Authority approved baseline as shown in the project’s Acquisition Program Baseline document.- Provide acquisition management support to the planning, organizing, managing critical aspects of the engineering, development, production and/or deployment of systems and equipment.- Support project actions and activities to include meetings, vendor performance tracking, milestone planning, briefing preparation, staff coordination, risk management and decision document preparation.- Support to the development of ongoing and crucial core protection competencies that advance specific projects/activities (including cyber) to deliver comprehensive, economical and actionable solutions for both programmatic and operational domains.- Assist the government and senior contractor acquisition manager in the identification of solutions to balancing near-term results with long-term acquisition, architecture and strategic objectives.- Prepare acquisition management related sections of acquisition project documentation to include, but not limited to Requirements Approval Document (RAD), Justification and Approval (J&A), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statement of Work (SOW) and Market Research.- Provide assistance in the coordination of Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), various program actions and activities including tracking action items and maintaining meeting minutes.

This Undersea Defensive Warfare Systems (PMS 415) Project Manager will be a Fleet Liaison and Concept of Operations Subject Matter Expert responsible for interfacing with Fleet assets at a Battle Group level environment, and will oversee Technical and Engineering Support Services in Navy ASW and Torpedo Defense programs.

The System Administrator implements technical controls to support the Cybersecurity Program, which ensures secure operations in network and computing environments at various classification levels. The System Administrator is also responsible for providing mentorship and guidance for junior system administrators troubleshooting and performing end-user support services for classified systems. In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager while designing, building, installing and configuring physical and virtual servers/systems, virus updates, patching, maintenance, and performance tuning. As the System Administrator, you will be expected to collaborate with team members to develop creative, secure, and innovative solutions for complex technical issues. You will also support Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Technical Reviews and Command Cybersecurity Readiness Inspections (CCRI) as the subject matter expert for systems administration.

The candidate will conduct due diligence on proposed business transactions using a variety of tools to understand financial and business trends, patterns, and risk to national security. Produce risk-based assessments for certain mergers and acquisitions and develop recommendations to mitigate risk. Respond to Congressional inquiries regarding DoD analysis of Mergers and Acquisitions transactions and DoD’s review process. Produce case summaries, talking points, and action memorandum for senior DoD leaders, up to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, on a daily basis. Coordinate with DoD Stakeholder to assess antitrust implications or impact to national security related to Hart–Scott–Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act cases, as well as non- Hart–Scott–Rodino cases. Monitor approved antitrust consent orders for compliance.

The Acquisition & Financial Analyst will assist the D5LE2 Portfolio in Strategic Systems Programs as a resident contractor with budget execution, budget planning, contracting strategies, acquisition planning, and other program office support.  Candidates need the ability to work as part of a team and prioritize their own project load. Job duties inclue but are not limited to:- Bring best practices to support our financial plans and policies, accounting practices and procedures. - Be responsible for creating new program spend plans and EACs. - Attend and be responsible for the financial structure/revenue setup for internal project kick-off meetings. Support Navy SSP in planning, coordination, and execution of Systems Engineering, Operational Analysis, and Program Management activities supporting the Sea-Launched Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N) Program. Support project teams executing the systems development, operational analysis, CONOPS development, requirements development and program analysis tasks required to develop the SLCM-N missile system and integrate it into fast attack submarines.  The successful candidate will work across SPA and other organization contributing to the Systems Engineering processes, and be responsible for the system level operational requirements analysis, fleet integration analysis, human system interface definition, and SSN operational impact analysis. 

Support the Navy SSP customer in a fast paced new Acquisition development program for the Nuclear Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program.  The successful candidate will support the integration of the nuclear surety standards into the design of the cruise missile air vehicle, warhead, guidance, navigation and controls systems, and shipboard systems such as the fire control, launch control, launcher, and use control systems.  This position will lead the coordination and integration efforts for Nuclear Surety and Use Control designs and integration across multiple Government and Contractor organizations.  This position will be responsible for coordinating between the system level design activities within Navy SSP, warhead design activities executed by NNSA, the Air Vehicle design activities occurring with NAVAIR, and ship integration activities primarily executed by TEAMSUB.  This position will lead a cross-team working group to ensure surety and use control requirements and specifications are integrated into the subsystem design and engineering teams.  This effort includes the evaluation of the stockpile to target sequence (STS) for the warhead and system and establishing and managing environmental specifications across the system to ensure interfaces including the mechanical, electrical, shock, hydrodynamic, temperature and pressure environments do not exceed the STS specifications. Working group coordination activities will include technical planning, scheduling, and execution of critical design, integration, testing, and verification activities throughout the development and integration processes.  The position will provide leadership and management support for multidisciplinary study teams and perform study planning, coordination of modeling and simulation tasks, evaluation of study results, evaluation of contractor detailed designs, data extraction and analysis, development of decision briefs, and briefing study and design results to to senior program leadership.

Support Navy SSP in planning, coordination, and execution of systems engineering activities leading to Systems Engineering technical reviews, specifically supporting the Systems Engineering team to develop complex System and Subsystem Requirement Specifications for a new Nuclear Cruise Missile Program.  Lead project teams from across other Government and Contractor organizations contributing to the Systems Engineering processes, design, and analysis activities for the system.  Provide executive support for the requirements analysis working group responsible for the development and traceability of requirements across seven subsystems and support the  analysis required to develop allocated system requirements.  Support the development of the requirements, verification traceability matrix (RVTM) for the system.  Support system of systems integration activities to enable the execution of a coherent and successful missile system design effort.

This position will support security operations and related activities on the site of the USSPACEOM military construction/modification projects. This support includies program protection support, while being responsive and flexible to dynamic SAP security situations. They will assist the Government organizations such as AFCEC, USACE, and USSPAECOM J4 with presenting, justifying and defending priorities and interests.The position will support project management ensuring on-site construction security operations conform to Construction Security Plan developed IAW intelligence community directives and standards. They will aid with formulating goals, plans, policies, and procedures affecting security operations at the military construction project site and assist with guidance in transition planning that supports the Commander’s priorities and make appropriate program corrections to accommodate changes as directed.  This position will assist in security support with respect to advising and monitoring the construction surveillance program of the Construction Security Plan (CSP). This includes construction, field and office activities related to administration of the construction surveillance program. They will also  assist in providing project advice and guidance on matters of security. They will administer site-specific training to the Construction Contractor’s personnel and Site Security Personnel on security restrictions and construction site operational procedures. They will also assist with Security inspections to ensure compliance with SCIF and SAP requirements.This position will perform escort duties for uncleared and emergency personnel by verifying visits prior to entry, accomplish SCIF visitor log, provide security briefings and inspect hand carried items prior to entry, activate rotating light alerting systems mechanisms to alert SCIF occupants of the presence of uncleared personnel, always maintain positive control and surveillance of uncleared personnel while in the SCIF, and complete the SCIF visitor log upon completion of visit. They may be asked to perform other security functions including performing Security Manager duties as is necessary to meet mission requirements for facilities as directed by the Government and may perform Security Assistant duties include administrative security functions or other support activities per the policies and guidance of the USSPACECOM Command Security Manager responsible for the management of a collateral classified areas (i.e. open storage, controlled access area, etc.).  

In this role, the Chief of Staff will support the SLCM-N Program Management Team and program office charged with the planning, management, development and coordination for the newly established Nuclear Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) which is in the early stages of development as a Major Defense Acquisition Program. Responsibilities will include strategic planning and coordination of program wide activities; executive level meeting facilitation and briefing preparations; developing and implementing office and organizational administrative policies and procedures; analyzing processes and workflows, formulating process improvement recommendations, to ensure a smooth operation of the office; collaborating directly with the PM, DPM, Project area leads for the SLCM-N program and coordinating with Director, Navy Strategic Systems Programs front office staff to determine and prioritize objectives. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our Communications Team across a number of internal and external projects. The Graphic Design Intern will be responsible for assisting our Senior Graphic Designer in finding and creating imagery for social media, conference materials, marketing materials, and contract work, as needed. The intern will also get the opportunity to work on projects that involve reformatting existing templates or creating new templates within Microsoft Office Suite.  Our Communications Team receives a high volume of work from across the company, so the Graphic Design Intern should be prepared to manage their time effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining organized from project to project.
