Support the Navy SSP customer in a fast paced environment with modeling and simulation (M&S) and systems engineering activities. Participate on multidisciplinary study teams and perform the following activities: study planning; modeling and simulation development, evaluation, verification, validation, and execution; data extraction and analysis. The Orbital Range Systems Engineer will help lead a team of multi-disciplined engineers and program managers to coordinate with government and partner orbital warfare and space operations experts across the US Space Force to develop orbital range solutions focused on capabilities-based requirements and architectures.  The successful candidate will manage technical baseline processes and documentation, and respond to mission requirements for test and training purposes. The DoD Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) plays a unique and critical role in supporting the warfighter, including ensuring that DoD components have the appropriate test and evaluation (T&E) infrastructure required to research, develop, field, and maintain military systems.
