As an SDA Project Engineer at SPA, you will be assigned to support the US Space Force’s Space Systems Command, Operational Command and Control Acquisition Delta, known as Kobayashi Maru. Kobayashi Maru is responsible for continuously delivering impactful software for space operations. The program office’s mission includes the development and deployment of software for space defense, space domain awareness, and enabling data services.  As an SDA Project Engineer, you will leverage your knowledge in software architectures, algorithms, development, patterns, implementation, and integration – to advise various teams on executable approaches to deliver solutions that meet the end-users needs, while complying data, platform, test, and schedule constraints. You will take on the most complex aspects of the project and recommend short-term and long-term solutions to resolve pain points in the system with clear deliverables and action items. You will identify existing problems in systems and products without any guidance or oversight and offer well-thought-out solutions to these problems. Senior Analysts will serve as the AUKUS international training coordinator within the COMSUBFOR N1 office.  Specific duties would include: 1) Oversee the process for assigning Australian Sailors to US SSNs through the 2040s, 2) Develop programmatic manpower and manning requirements for sovereign ready SSN capability in Australia, 3) Manage day to day assignment of Australian personnel to US SSNs, US training commands and other shore installations, and 4) Track career development and personnel readiness of the Australian AUKUS SSN cohort on the path to sovereign ready status. These positions are located in Norfolk, VA with potential for light telework.

The Senior Analyst will serve as the AUKUS resource and facilities planning lead within COMSUBPAC N8.  This analyst would assist in the planning and execution of Submarine Rotational Forces in West Australia.  Specifically, the analyst would work with the on-site representatives and external supporters such as NAVFAC, SYSCOM program offices, Fleet, and OPNAV to facilitate the readiness of facilities, infrastructure, and training systems to receive the SSNs on the IOC and FOC timeline. This position is located in Pearl Harbor, HI, with potential for light telework.

The Senior Analyst will serve as the AUKUS weapons training and certification lead within COMSUBPAC N7.  This analyst would manage weapons systems and ordnance programs in support of AUKUS SRF-W and coordinate certification authority for all handling and loading of conventional ordnance. This position is located in Pearl Harbor, HI, with potential for light telework.

The Senior Analyst will serve as the AUKUS policy and engagement lead at COMSUBPAC.  This analyst would serve as an assistant to CSP N5 responsible for international engagement and international cooperative strategy in the Pacific; specifically, will coordinate all AUKUS related foreign visits/engagements (onsite SRF-W and in Pearl Harbor). This position is located in Pearl Harbor, HI, with potential for light telework.

The Senior Analyst will serve as the AUKUS ECC lead at COMSUBPAC.  This analyst would support the ECC standup in support of the AUKUS Submarine Rotational Force initiative, supporting the existing ECC staff in their expanded roles and working with local partner ECC representatives in their development of similar procedures. This position is located in Pearl Harbor, HI, with potential for light telework.

The successful candidate will be able to compile staffing, service execution, and financial data, develop spreadsheets, and update presentation material used for budget submissions and reprogramming requests, as well as Program Reviews (PR).  They will also ensure compliance with DoD, DoN, NETC and local command policies, instructions, manuals, directives and processes and coordinate and respond to DoD/DoN enterprise HW/SW data calls; compile contract information with inventory reporting.  As the Enterprise Licensing Subject Matter Expert for mainstream products such as Microsoft, VMware, Oracle, Cisco, etc., you ensure proper coverage and approval as well as a consistent understanding of the vendor’s licensing requirements/agreements; consolidate requirements to forecast enterprise license requirements.  You will provide written license authorizations to respective TDS Service Leads/TSC/TSDs.  A candidate will assist technical representatives with annual requirements to determine the validity of the HW/SW, type of support level needed, and ensure appropriate documents are submitted, process Information Technology Procurement Requests (ITPRs) through the online Navy Information Dominance Approval System (NAV-IDAS) and provide management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities. 

The Sr. Software Integrator SME will provide software development and integration guidance supporting development and sustainment of advanced military aircraft. Advise programs on industry best practices for embedded/real-time operating system development, test, configuration management, and quality assurance. Manage reporting of software program effort metrics, optimization, and modernization efforts.

The Analyst will support the development and execution of various efforts within Strategic Systems Programs’ SSP’s Director of Plans and Programs. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting program analysis and strategic planning for various topics and programs for Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) with a focus on the integration of current and future systems. They will gather information, facilitate client engagements, develop and maintain planning tools, prepare reports, presentations and whitepapers, and present results to senior leadership within client organizations. The Senior Modeling and Simulation Software Analyst will create, modify, and update terrain models using 3D modeling software, collect data and extract data points from software to be used in analyses, and write behavior scripts and add security features to be used in 3D modeling -- as well as utilize statistical modeling software incorporating 3D Auto Desk rendered terrain models with pH/pK data tables.
