Responsibilities to serve as an Cyber Operations Planner, Subject Matter Expert, to serve as an Access Operations SETA. As SPA's COMSEC Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining SPA's COMSEC account, to include maintaining governing instructions current, review messages and address account anomalies, conduct secure equipment and classified keying, material inventories, inspections and related COMSEC support. You will administer a TOP SECRET inventory and document control program to account for all COMSEC materials, conduct required inventories, and ensure compliance. You will work with the Senior Director of Security to coordinate COMSEC programs across SPA.

Analyzing Emerging and Disruptive Technologies (EDT) is a critical task for NATO to stay competitive and innovative in today’s rapidly evolving security landscape. The requirements of leveraging EDTs evolves rapidly and needs additional attention to leverage the full potential of those technologies. Will contribute to identification of new and cataloguing of existing EDTs, and to the sustained EDTs military implication assessment function in support of Warfare Development Agenda. Will assist in the promotion of increased level of experimentation of EDTs-based solutions in realistic environments while providing and coordinating inputs to programming of EDTs’ activities within the ACT Science and Technology section. Will be part of a team that looks to Influence and exploit EDTs that address identified capability shortfalls in NATO and those significantly impacting available capabilities to provide advice that informs the strategic foresight analysis efforts, NATO defense planning, and subsequent capability and force development efforts, including capability requirements formulation, concept development and experimentation, and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA). As the Senior Engineer - Lifecycle Manager working in the BiSC SATCOM PMO, the successful candidate will be part of an international team supporting requirements management and execution and performing a variety of tasks under the direction of the Program Manager. This position has the following 3 principal objectives: to support the technical aspects of the SATCOM project and its coherence with business change models; to support project management and execution, performing a variety of governance tasks under the direction of the PMO Head, including financial analysis, budget management, performance evaluation, project scheduling and planning, requirements definition, scope management, cost control, and risk analysis; and to ensure the Project costs are clear, accurate, fully reported, and transparent. You will build upon existing Business Change Management structures for the program to efficiently deal with issues/changes that arise by having processes, capabilities, and responsibilities in place to respond. As a MBSE systems engineer, job duties require the candidate to be capable of applying principles, theories and concepts related to the digital modeling of systems. Responsibilities include using MBSE tools to model and capture (in DoDAF compliant viewsets) program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process.
