As a member of our Prime contract team, the candidate will support the Department of the Navy’s (DON) program for implementing and complying with non-strategic arms control treaties and agreements. The candidate will support the NTIP Compliance Assessment Program (CAP) and the DON Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) Challenge Inspection (CI) Assistance Team. The candidate will:- Lead and manage client-focused support tasks and functions- Independently research, analyze, and synthesize information from Navy and Marine Corps research and development and/or acquisition programs to assess the programs’ compliance with arms control agreements and U.S. policies - Enter assessments into the Naval Compliance Assessment Program (NCAP) database - Prepare and present assessment findings in written reports and oral presentations- Conduct technical studies and analyses on arms control compliance topics - Serve as a member of the DON CWC CI Assistance Team to support naval installations, both in the U.S. and overseas, during CWC exercises and or inspections
