The Cost Analyst will be responsible for leading individual tasks, as well as being an active contributor for cost-related activities on assigned programs. Develop a variety of cost estimating products such as Lifecycle Cost Estimates (LCCE’s), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE’s), Alternative Analysis, Cost/Benefit Analysis and business case support. Our Chief Architect team is responsible for coordinating and supporting ground requirements and architectures in the remote sensing domain; supporting enterprise orchestration and strategies for current and future systems; supporting demonstrations and exercises in support of delivered system capabilities and mission closure; generating and presenting engineering briefings; and interfacing with numerous internal and external customers. This position requires an understanding of the intelligence community and customer domain, along with a strong focus on core systems engineering processes, performed in an Agile methodolgical approach, in support of end-to-end mission and services closure. The Delegated Authorizing Official Representative (DAO-R) provides support to the customer in the area of Cyber Security. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: - Ensure adherence to ICD-503 and customer specific directives/policies through the lifecycle (RMF 1-6) of customer sponsored assets.- Provide risk recommendations to the customer after reviewing sponsored asset overall risk posture as part of Authority to Operate (ATO) RMF process.- Manage/track customer sponsored assets’ plan of action and milestones (POAMs) by working with various security stakeholders (ISSO/ISSE/ISSM/SCA) post authorization.- Screen new asset requests to ensure sponsorship and information system owner identification.- Facilitate System Review Team to ensure that new/existing customer sponsored assets have the correct project regulation, data types/C-I-A impact assignments, and overlay assignments as well (with customer signoff).- Assign asset security controls and levy asset specific liens on controls for which the program did not meet during accreditor reviews.- Ensure customer sponsored assets maintain their security postures in accordance with customer identified Continuous Monitoring (RMF step 6) directives and policies.- Provide continuous adhoc authorization-related daily support to both customer and programs.

The Cloud Information Systems Security Engineer provides direct support to the customer in the area of Cyber Security. Daily Tasks include, but are not limited to:- Providing analytical and technical security recommendations to the customer.- Identifying projects’ security requirements.- Providing security recommendations for systems using Cloud services.- Participating in network design reviews and security testing for the customer’s networks.- Coordinating with system development teams to ensure network security standards are being followed and implemented correctly.- Identifying additional security requirements, based on RMF or as the result of security issues that put the customer’s systems at risk.- Reviewing and analyzing new systems (hardware and software) and providing recommendations concerning their security.- Reviewing Security Requirements Traceability Matrixes (SRTMs), System Security Plans (SSPs) and other IA documentation for completeness.
