Analyst will assist government program office, fleet and NAVFAC personnel in identifying infrastructure needs, capitalization timelines and coordination across related international projects. Analyst is expected to coordinate with several supporting program offices to analyze progress and trends towards meeting key program milestones. The PM oversees all aspects of contract execution, and applies strategic forward-thinking daily with senior DTRA and Inter-agency leaders for all topics in nuclear deterrence, CWMD and CBRNE training and education, and personnel. Performs all functional duties of the PM to include reporting, personnel management, quality control, policy, education, planning and exercise oversight, and senior level advice and assistance. Oversees the efforts of all A&AS Staff and responsible for integration, training, and greening of the A&AS staff. Provide part-time consultant support to the Director, Defense Production Act Investments (DPAI) under the Office of Manufacturing Capability Expansion and Investment Prioritization. Leverage DPA Title I experience and expertise to train junior analysts in the nuances of the Defense Production Act authorities and the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Key functions will include developing training materials, overseeing revisions of policy documents, and managing relations with departmental and interagency partners.
Apply experience in office administration, meeting support, facilitating the staffing process for administrative packages, familiarity with MS Office suite tools, and a proactive mindset to support our government client.
